Hi, I’m Julia - welcome to my counselling page!
I’m a Registered Counsellor with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I specialise in supporting teens and young adults through life’s ups and downs.
Counselling is more than a profession for me — it's an honour and a privilege. My mission is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.
As a holistic counsellor, I see you as more than the challenges you face. You’re a unique individual with your own story, emotions, and potential.

Services & Offerings
Counselling Sessions
Your safe space where you can show up just as you are.
Private sessions are hosted online via Google Meets.
In-person sessions are available at: 7 Bree Street, Touchstone House, Cape Town City Centre, 8000
R750 for a 60-minute session
Psychometric Assessments
Specialised psychometric assessments, which include:
Career Assessments - R2500
Subject Choice Assessments - R2000
School Readiness Assessments - R3500
Each assessment involves: intake interview, psychometric testing, report writing & feedback session.
Wellness Workshops
I offer workshops on a range of mental health topics.
These workshops are tailored to schools, corporate teams, or community groups.
Rates are workshop dependent.

Payment and Medical Aid
Different medical aid schemes have various mental health benefits.
